8:00-9:00am - Registration in foyer of Lillard Hall, Sacramento CC
9:00-9:20am - Introduction and Orientation
9:20am-5:00pm - Four 90-minute sessions in five areas:

Endurance: Top national HS Distance Coach from Stillwater, Mn. Scott Christiansen, HS 800m record holder, now Gunn HS coach Mike Granville, with Wm Jessup Distance coach Dr. Parker Daniells.

Sprints/Hurdles: Ultra successful former Virginia coach Bryan Fetzer, Gunn Coach Mike Granville speaking on foundational training, plus Will Carr, successful SacJoaquin region hurdle coach for decades.

Jumps: USTFCCCA master clinician and accomplished jumps coach Dave Anderson will lead the event group with bay area vault guru Bob Olson with accomplished former UC Berkeley-SacState coach Mike Gipson.

Throws: HS indoor-outdoor shot champ Jordan Geist’s coach Mike Hambrick, with international team coach April Smith and William Jessup Director of Track and Field, former Sac State coach Jeff Magley.

Special Topics (topics that make a BIG difference): Our Special Topics room will feature nationally acclaimed podiatrist Amol Saxena, sports psych expert and author of 20 books Matt Fitzgerald, and our own Peanut Harms speaking about using Sales and Marketing Techniques to Build Your Team.
