Loren Seagrave - Speed Dynamics 20 Years Later - Super Clinic 2012

Loren Seagrave: Recognized internationally as a speed and conditioning expert, Seagrave has coached over 50 Olympic and World Championship medalists. Seagrave is an IAAF level 5 instructor having developed much of the sprint and hurdle curriculum, and in the 1980’s developed Speed Dynamics with Kevin O’Donnell. Seagrave currently serves as the director of Speed and Movement at the IMG Performance Institute.
