What race are you training for? This question, though simple, is one that coaches and athletes should always be asking themselves. It’s also somewhat similar to a broader theme that I will be writing about in the coming weeks. Why do we do what we do and how can we do it better? Obviously the posts this fall have been few and far between, yet I think the coaching and thinking I’ve been doing this fall have been pretty good and now I’m ready to come back and write a bit more.
