Hat Workout - Pomoco Stadium - CNU Distance 10-18-2011

Hat workout: Distances are written on a piece of paper and placed in a hat. The next rep is determined by pulling a piece of paper out of the hat. Rest is 3min after a 1600m or 1200m rep, and 2min after an 800m or 400m rep.
