8:00-9:00pm - Registration in foyer of Lillard Hall, Sacramento City College
9:00-9:20pm - Introduction and Orientation
9:20am-5:00pm - Four 90 minute sessions in five areas:
Endurance:
The endurance room will feature 2017 Inspiring Track Coach of the Year Gwen Robertson, Shannon Rowbury’s HS Coach Andy Chan, and Amador Valley’s Jason Oswalt in the endurance room.
Sprints/Hurdles:
Multi state HS champ coach Steve Nelson whos athletes include Jeneba Tarmoh, Altis Sports Nick Ward Kevin Morning of Vista del Lago HS will be headlining the sprints-hurdles.
Jumps:
Olympic coach John Rembao (HJ) former Cal-Berkeley coach Ed Miller, with New Mexico coach Jack Bat- son (TJ) and Kent Rhodes (PV) will anchor the jumps.
Throws:
Will feature Olympian John Godina, Sac City’s John Badovanic and Pittsburg HS coach Jimmy Cacavo.
Special Topics: (Topics that make a BIG Difference)
In our Special Topics room Dr. Paul Salitsky will discuss how to coach the millennial athlete and more, Dr. Amol Saxena will discuss Current Treatment of Track & Field Athletes: what you should know, and Dr. Dave Shrock - Mandatory USATF Coaches and Officials SafeSport training

Driving: from Hwy 5: Exit at Sutterville Road (south of Hwy 5-Bus. 80-50 interchange), travel east until 'T' intersection at Freeport, turn left. At first light, turn right back onto Sutterville, turn left into SCC main entrance at the first light and park in west parking lot to your left.
From Hwy. 99: Exit at Sutterville/12th Ave. exit (south of Hwy 50-Bus 80), travel west until pass Hughes Stadium on your right. Turn right into SCC main entrance 100m after Hughes Stadium into campus, park in west parking lot to your left. No parking charges on weekends.
