Wildwood Running Clinic: Coaching The Young Female Distance Runner

Kara Bazzi, a former University of Washington track and field and cross country athlete and cofounder of Opal: Food+Body Wisdom, helps athletes address their relationship to exercise and sport as a central component of holistic care. Bazzi draws upon her personal and professional voice and expertise to educate, inspire and train clinicians, athletes and coaches. In this presentation, she leads coaches to challenge their thinking to best reach their athletes’ needs.
