I am a 2002 graduate of Benton High School in Benton, IL.  I ran track and cross country.  I competed  NCAA D2 in college for the University of Southern Indiana as a triple jumper, long jumper, and sprint relay runner along with running cross country to keep in shape. 

I now coach middle school track and cross country in Johnston City, IL.  I have been working on getting the track program on it's feet for 2 years and we are on our way to actually getting a track.  This is our first year having cross country, which is also my project.  I still run when there is time but being married, teaching school, and coaching leaves me little time to myself.  I would like to get into some road racing soon though.
