Dynamic II - CNU Routines 2014

Dynamic II is a dynamic stretching routine used by the Christopher Newport University Cross Country/Distance program. It is utilized especially after hard workouts to continue the cooldown process. After hard workouts the body is in a highly stressed state, and longer cooldowns can help begin the recovery process; simply running longer can be stressful, though. So, cooling down by means other than that which caused the stress (running) can be beneficial. Our team generally cools down with 10-15mins of running followed by routines, which include this.
